I had a mixed experience at Hotel Casa Suzanna Tel-Aviv. The location was fantastic, close to bars and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room was quite small and dark, which was disappointing. I also felt that the breakfast options weren't worth the additional cost as the simple menu offered didn’t reflect the quality of the local cafes.

Rooms
6.0
My room was incredibly small and somewhat uncomfortable, with hardly enough space for my luggage. It felt dark and didn't offer much comfort.
Service
9.0
The staff were among the friendliest I encountered, assisting me with recommendations and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Location

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great dining options, which made exploring Tel Aviv easy.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast is offered at nearby cafes, but the menu available was quite basic and not worth the price. I recommend going to the cafes independently for better options.
Facilities

While the amenities included a rooftop area, it was closed during my visit due to rain, limiting my options for relaxation.

My stay at Hotel Casa Suzanna Tel-Aviv had its highs and lows. While the location was fantastic and close to many attractions, the service was lackluster, leaving a significant impression on my experience. The room, albeit cozy and beautifully decorated, felt quite small and had some issues that were not addressed. Overall, I think the hotel has potential but needs to improve its guest experience.

Rooms

The room was cozy and beautifully decorated but felt a bit cramped. It had all the essentials, but I struggled to find space for my suitcase (next time, I might pack lighter!).
Service
5.0
The staff's service was variable, with some moments of warmth, but I encountered a lack of courtesy at times, which was disappointing. When I raised concerns about my room, the staff response felt dismissive.
Location

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it easy to explore Tel Aviv's vibrant scene. I loved being close to cafes and shops, really enjoying the city's unique vibe.
Dining

I appreciated the breakfast options that were offered at nearby cafes, providing a nice start to my day. It was great to have local options just a short walk away.
Facilities

The hotel offered useful amenities, but I found some inconsistencies, like the broken safe in my room. It would be great to see improvements in housekeeping too.

I had a somewhat mixed experience at Hotel Casa Suzanna. The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. However, the service felt quite lacking, and some amenities were not up to par, which detracted from my overall enjoyment. Overall, while it had its perks, I found some elements disappointing. 🌆

Rooms
6.0
The room was pretty small, and the layout felt a bit cramped. However, it was nicely finished with a beautiful bathroom. I appreciated the welcome bottle of red wine.
Service
5.0
I found the service to be quite distant and unhelpful at times. The check-in process was slow, and the staff didn’t seem available when needed.
Location
9.0
The location was definitely one of the highlights. It was a short walk to the beach and nestled among many charming restaurants and bars.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast is not served at the hotel, which I initially found inconvenient, but I did appreciate the option to dine at nearby cafes—though it required a 5-minute walk.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were limited, with no real vibe in common areas and staff often absent. I was disappointed that the jacuzzi needed to be filled by myself.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Casa Suzanna in Tel Aviv. The location is fantastic, with plenty of cafes nearby and a quick walk to the beach. However, I did experience some noise from the other rooms and the street, which was a bit disruptive at times. Overall, I appreciated the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere, but some improvements could make the experience even better.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were comfortable and clean, but they could definitely be a bit bigger. The bathroom setup, with glass doors, offered less privacy than I would have liked.
Service
9.0
The staff were super nice and available 24/7, which made a big difference. Betty at the reception was particularly helpful, though sometimes they seemed a bit distracted.
Location
10.0
The hotel is in a prime spot, close to Shuk HaCarmel and Nahalat Binyamin, making it easy to explore. It’s way better being in the bustling city rather than right by the beach if you're looking for night life.
Dining
8.0
I loved the options for breakfast at nearby cafes, which kept things interesting. However, having to go out for meals can be a hassle if you're just looking for a quick bite.
Facilities
7.0
They had nice amenities like housekeeping and a rooftop area, but I noticed the bar was still closed during my visit, which was a bummer.

I had a mixed experience staying at Brown TLV Urban Hotel. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to the city's vibrant lifestyle, but the room was quite small and noisy, which affected my overall comfort. The facilities and cleanliness could use some improvement, which dampened my stay a bit.

Rooms
5.0
The room was extremely tiny and had some issues like limescale in the bathroom. I didn't mind the small size as much, but it did feel a bit cramped, and I noticed it lacked proper cleaning.
Service
5.0
While the staff were polite, I found them to be not very helpful when it came to addressing issues, especially during busy times. It felt like there was only one person available most of the time, which made certain requests challenging.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is its biggest plus! It's perfectly situated in the center of Tel Aviv, making it easy to explore. I was really impressed by how close it was to the beach and local attractions.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast wasn't very convenient as I had to go to another hotel about five blocks away. They also didn’t provide much guidance on other dining options nearby, which would have been helpful.
Facilities
5.0
There were noticeable signs of wear and tear in the facilities. The air conditioning was quite loud, making it hard to get a good night's sleep, especially with outside noise from the parties.
